Victor Matulovich GARBIN

Victor was born April 24, 1935 in Oakland, California. He died March 7, 2017 at home with his family in Richmond Beach. His parents, Marko and Maria Matulovich were both born in Croatia on the Island of Korcula. Victor grew up in a close knit Croatian family, not speaking English until he started school.

Victor is survived by his wife, Janie; his three children whom he adored, Michael Matulovich (Michelle Honeycutt), Megan Matulovich Garbin, Matthew Matulovich (Kristin) and four grandchildren, Ana, Thomas, Mira and Serene. He is also survived by his brother John Raduly (Mary) and numerous cousins here and in Croatia, Scotland and New Zealand, including Bob Janovich, Nancy Janovich, Mary and Vicko Beusan, Maria Surko and their children.
Vinko loved sailing. The family shared many wonderful adventures in the San Juans and the Gulf Islands.
