TEODOCIO ROSAL PELAYRE was born on May 29, 1952 in San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Peacefully died on January 6, 2023, age 70, in Seattle, WA. In loving memory of a beloved brother, uncle, cousin, pare, friend. The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want... Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord FOREVER . Survived by his sisters, Carmen and Cecilia; brothers, Anselmo Jr. and Reynaldo; his nieces and nephews, Ann, Anselmo III, Amie, Brian, Penny, Alex, Lisa, Gabriel and Malia. Visitation will be held on Thursday January 19th at 9:00am. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 9:30am. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00am ALL at Our Lady of Fatima Church 3301 W Dravus St, WA 98199. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, 5041 35th Ave NE, WA 98105
