Philip J. BLANCHETT He was born October 19, 1921 in Staples, MN and served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy during WWII. He spent the greater part of his career working for Dow Chemical Co. Philip is survived by his nine children, Mary, Elizabeth, Philip, Paul, Patricia, Ann, Margaret, Teresa and Mark; and his remaining sibling, Jean (Ruth) Blanchett. He was preceded in death in 1990 by Pat Blanchett, his former wife of 27 years. Private family services will be held.
