Mary Pat Henwood

To everyone's shock and surprise, including her own, Mary Pat Henwood joined the angels on August 5, 2023. She was a few short yards
from the very spot at Virginia Mason Hospital where she was born 54 years earlier.

To attempt to capture Mary Pat's person in words is a fool's game, as those who know her from Assumption, Holy Names, Shoreline College, Bank of America or Seattle Animal Shelter will agree. Mary Pat was kind, generous and compassionate with her family and friends. Her laugh will stay with us forever. Mary Pat was especially passionate about music, jewelry, and animals, especially cats.

Mary Pat is survived by her parents, Patricia and David Henwood; her sisters, Kathy Henwood (Bob Scheu) and Colleen Henwood; her aunt, Kathie Kunath; and her two cousins: Elizabeth Robertson (Wyndham)and Christopher Kunath (Jeanna) and their children: Tolan, Magoo and Henry Robertson; and Will and Josh Kunath.
