Luzviminda A. Miranda Obituary (1934

Born April 6, 1934 in Laguna, Philippines; died September 25, 2011. Survived by Vincente, her loving husband of 43 years; her children, Liza Miranda-Jue (Perry), and Victoria Miranda Stewart (Robert); grandchildren, Sasha, Ryan, and Matthew; siblings, Dr. Jose Albovias (Marilyn), Nora Ongtengco, and their families and friends. Luzviminda "Luvy" was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She received her Master's Degree in Education at DePaul University in Chicago and was an elementary school teacher for 25 years for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Luvy and Vincente lived in Southern California for 46 years and Seattle, Washington for over 1 year. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, October 1st, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 1805 N. 49th St., Seattle, WA. Interment to follow at Holyrood Cemetery, 205 NE 205th St., Shoreline, WA.
