Luigia Pellicotti Obituary (1907

Age 100 passed away peacefully August 3, 2008. Born October 7, 1907 in Ortona, Italy. She immigrated to Atlantic City then to Seattle with her husband, Rocco in 1929. Gina was a proud member of the Fedele Italian Lodge and the West Side Italian Lodge. Gina was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed cooking and gardening all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Rocco, son Bobby, and all her seven siblings. She is survived by her loving niece, Mary Wiseman and numerous great nephews and nieces. Our thanks to Sipes Adult Home for their loving care. Funeral Mass will be held 10AM, Saturday, August 9th at St. George Catholic Church, 5306 13th Ave. So., Seattle, Wa. A reception to celebrate her life will immediatly follow at St. George Church, with burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gina's name to St. Georges Parish or Providence Hospice of Seattle Foundation, 425 Pontius Ave. North Ste. 300, Seattle, WA. 98109.
