Keki Kercy Mistry

Age 70, died 2/17/11. Born July 4, 1940 in Bombay, India, he came to Seattle in 1962 to study Chemical Engineering at the Univ. of Wash. where he met Sylvia. They married in 1965, lived in Calif. for 8 years, returning to Seattle in 1974 where Keki became an Optician until he retired in 2008. He became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. in 1973. Survived by his devoted wife, Sylvia; loving sister, Homai (Dara); sister-in-law, Kathleen Hallum (Don); nephews and niece; extended family in America, India, and around the world. Memorial service Friday, 2/25/11, 2:00 pm, West Side Presbyterian Church, 3601 California Ave. S.W. Remembrances: West Side Presbyterian or Swedish Medical Center Foundation.
