Gerald "Jerry" Reuel Vann Obituary (1930

Born November 28, 1930 in Seattle and passed away peacefully on April 5, 2006 following several months of declining health. He is survived by his brother Leonard (Naomi), sons Brock (Linda) of Elk Grove, CA, and Lance (Anya) of Seattle and two grandchildren, Colin and Julia of Tucson, AZ, also nephew Jeff Vann and niece Kathryn Baker (Tom) of Des Moines, WA. Following graduation from Central Washington College and the U. of W., he taught for 30 years in the Seattle School system, the last 18 years teaching science at Franklin High School. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at Andy's Diner on Friday, April 14th from 5 to 8 pm, in the Round House Room, 2963 4th Avenue South. Phone (206) 624-4097.
