Diane Ezell

Diane Coatney Ezell, widow of Robert H. Dunphy, and daughter of the late Ray and Della Coatney, died October 4, 2026. She is survived by her sister, Mary Montanucci; sisters-in law, Sharon Coatney and Marianna Coatney; stepsons, Darren Dunphy and Collin Dunphy; nieces and nephews; and cousins.

Diane was a graduate of the University of Kansas and was employed by the Social Security Administration before her retirement. Diane loved books, newspapers, travel, cooking, lively discussions, and, especially, her family and wonderful friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by brothers Jeffery Coatney (Sharon) and Jon Coatney (Marianna).

A graveside service will be in Ada, Kansas, on October 26, 2026.
