Daniel H Rochon was born to Daniel J and Jeanine Rochon (Hayward) on May 16, 1958 in Williston, ND.
He graduated from Foster High School in Tukwila, WA and spent his remaining years in the Seattle area.
Dan retired from Safeway Grocer warehouse, where he worked for over 30 years. He was a dedicated and loyal employee and created many lasting friendships.
Dan was an avid outdoorsman. He found great joy while fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycling and bicycling with family and friends. He participated as a bicyclist from Seattle to Portland and enjoyed a trip on his motorcycle to Sturgis with good friends. For their 20th wedding anniversary Dan and Patti traveled through Europe, where they made many new friends with whom they still correspond. It was truly the trip of a lifetime.
During retirement Dan enjoyed plenty of fishing & camping, along with traveling up and down the western and mid-western states in their truck and trailer to visit with family & friends.
He spent time creating stained glass projects and sure had the baking gene for his famous carrot cake, bread pudding, pies and cookies.
Family and Friends are what brought Dan such joy. His wife and son were his greatest passion, supporting them with love in all their endeavors and spending time with them brought him great happiness.
As a faithful and loving friend Dan could be counted on whenever help was needed. While he was serving others- through help with a home project, a car repair, or providing a ride somewhere - he was always there to listen.
He was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Jeanine and brother Tony.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Patti Hennessey Rochon and son Jordan Rochon, his sister Denise (Maris) Brown of Sequim, WA; Nephews Dalton (Jenny) Brown of Stevensville MT; Garrett (Rose) Brown WA; Sean Hennessey, of Edmonds, WA; Blake Genta of Kent, WA; Niece Carly Hennessey (Rydder Kramer) of Sacramento, CA.
He will be forever missed by all his Family and Friends...
