Cesar's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Cesar is survived by his loving wife, Pelita Serrantes-Batingan; his children Giselle Maureen and Ryan Cesar Batingan; his mother, Emerita Batingan, his parents in-law Sergio and Pelilia Serrantes; his brothers Oscar, Dante, Carlo and Christopher Batingan; his sisters, Christine Batara, Lani Batingan, and Lirio Batingan-Sosa, his nephews, Robin, Jason and Gavin Batingan, Gyles and Cyrus Batara; his nieces, Elysiana, Jasmine and Brooklyn Batingan, Lauren and Olivia Sosa; his brother in-laws, Irwin Batara and Nick Sosa; and his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Columbia Funeral Home in Seattle. Public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Thursday May 5. Funeral Mass Service will be 11 a.m. Friday May 6 at Saint Peters Church in Seattle followed by burial at Holyrood Cemetery in Shoreline.
