Betty Catherine Garlick

Betty Catherine Garlick, born October 28, 1915 in Toledo Ohio, died May 9, 2006 in Seattle Washington from multiple medical complications. Deceased parents were Carmen and Edward Wise from Chelsea, Michigan. Preceded in death in 1996 by husband of 57 years, F. Lawrence Garlick, she is survived by her children: Judy Balas, Madison, Wisconsin, M.J. Garlick, Puyallup, WA, Susan Garlick, Vashon Island, WA and Larry Garlick, Fort Benton, MT. She also has four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She spent most of her life in the Toledo, Ohio/Ann Arbor, Michigan area, with North Lake being the family homestead. After retirement, the Garlicks lived in Superior Montana, Hubbard Lake, Michigan and Sequim, Washington. At the time of death, she resided on Vashon Island, Washington. A private family memorial will be held at a later time. Remembrances may be sent to Vashon Household, P.
