Anthony "Tony" Vitie Krochalis Obituary (1925

Anthony "Tony" KROCHALIS Tony Krochalis passed away in Seattle, WA on October 15, 2012. Tony was born on September 27, 1925 in Worcester, MA and was married to his loving wife, Bunny, for over 62 years. He served his country with pride and distinction as a naval officer during World War II and then as an intelligence analyst with the Office of Naval Intelligence, completing his 33 year federal career as the agency's Inspector General. Tony was known for his good humor, storytelling, integrity and sound judgment as he mentored many men and women in the workplace and served as a guiding force to family members. He is survived by his son, Rick; daughter-in-law, Libby; grandchildren, Sallie and Joanne; brother, Edward; and sister-in-law, Maureen. Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Monday, October 22nd, at 10:00 AM at Assumption Catholic Church, 6201 33rd Ave NE, Seattle. Remembrances may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, P.O.
