Albert Rathbone ("Tim") JOHNSON, Jr. March 11, 1951 - October 8, 2014 Survived by spouse Ann E. Hurley, stepson William C. Daddario & daughter-in-law Joanne Zerdy; brother, Mark Johnson; sisters, Melissa Johnson and Victoria Johnson Vincent & her family; and Ann's brothers Bill, Leo, Tim and John and their families. Predeceased by parents Albert R. Johnson & Vivian Baker Johnson, and infant grandson Finlay Emilio Zerdy Daddario (June 5, 2014). Graduate of Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT), Georgetown University (Wash. D.C.), and New England School of Law (Boston, MA). Former attorney for Office of Legal Aid (Southern CT), associate attorney Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer (NY, NY), partner Davies Roberts & Reid (Seattle, WA), and most recently solo practitioner, Law Offices of Albert R. Johnson, Jr. Long-time member of the King County & Washington State Bar Associations. Passionate about seeking justice on behalf of women and men injured or unfairly treated, especially Teamster members and their families.
